Malcolm Omoyuri
Sales & Operations
Malcolm plays a key role in guiding clients through the early stages of their renovation journey, serving as a bridge between initial vision and project execution. As part of the Sales & Operations team, he supports project discovery, planning, and scheduling, helping to ensure every project starts on the right foundation. He coordinates early-stage meetings, works closely with clients one- on-one, and provides clear guidance throughout the decision-making process. With a Bachelor of Commerce, Malcolm brings excellent communication and coordination skills that help position every project for success right from the start.
Katherine Van Arsdale
Project Administrative & Coordinator
Katherine plays a vital role in keeping projects organized, on schedule, and running efficiently behind the scenes. Supporting both the project teams and clients, she manages essential administrative tasks, documentation, and day-to day coordination to ensure smooth project flow from start to finish.
With a diploma in business management from Humber and strong experience in residential renovation workflows, she helps create a stress- free experience for both clients and staff by ensuring all operations stay organized, timelines are met, and projects move forward seamlessly through well managed systems and consistent support.
William Kim
Project Manager
William brings extensive hands-on experience leading construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines are met, budgets are maintained, and design details are executed with precision. Known for his strong organization and leadership, he keeps each project on track while making sure the final result aligns with the client’s vision.
He oversees all on-site construction activities, coordinating trades, managing progress, and maintaining quality standards throughout every phase. With a diploma in Building Renovation Technology and a certificate in General Carpentry, William combines practical field expertise with strong technical knowledge, bringing both skill and structure to every project.
Gia Tran
Project Manager
Gia brings over 6 years of hands-on experience in the field as a general carpenter, combined with formal training in Construction Project Management from Centennial College. He plays a key role in overseeing day-to-day site operations, coordinating trades, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
With a strong practical background and solid project coordination skills, Gia helps keep projects moving forward smoothly while maintaining quality and attention to detail at every stage.
Stephen Lee
Site Manager & Quality Control
Stephen brings over 10 years of hands-on experience in interior finishes, with a sharp eye for detail and craftsmanship. From trim work and painting to tiling and final touch-ups, he ensures every element meets our quality standards before completion.
As Site Manager & Quality Control, Stephen oversees the finishing stages and inspects work throughout the process, making sure each space is completed to a high standard and aligned with the project vision. His attention to detail helps deliver polished, professional results.
